Reference Judge Trials

In Oregon, parties in a civil or domestic relations case may elect to have a trial outside of court before a Reference Judge.  This is often done because of the very long time that it takes to obtain a trial date in court.  In some cases, it can take years.  In addition to eliminating the long delay, a Reference Judge trial can also reduce the costs of a court trial.

Judge Adler is approved by the Oregon Supreme Court to serve as a Reference Judge. With his 22 years of experience as a Circuit Court Judge handling virtually every type of case, Judge Adler is an experienced and fair Reference Judge for any domestic relations or civil case.
