Arbitration

In arbitration, a case is decided by an arbitrator instead of a Circuit Court Judge.  Arbitration hearings are held outside of court and are less formal than regular court trials. Arbitrations can be scheduled quickly and conducted efficiently. Judge Adler has the experience to serve as an arbitrator in virtually any type of case.
